PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a network to be managed while reflecting it with individual characteristic information of a network communication apparatus to change a connection status thereof.;SOLUTION: When an alteration notice receiving section 101 receives a notice about alteration of a network configuration from a network communication apparatus, a characteristic information receiving section 102 also receives characteristic information, indicating characteristics of the network communication apparatus, sent from the network communication. On the basis of the characteristic information, a rule reflecting section 105 generates reflection setting information reflecting setting information with corresponding rules, and a setting information notifying section 108 notifies the network communication apparatus, which has to change setting, of the reflection setting information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
