Notice is hereby given that the Planning Inspectorate (on behalf of the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change) has accepted an application made by SMart Wind Limited, on behalf of Heron Wind Limited, Njord Limited and Vi Aura Limited (together the Applicant) of 11th Floor, 140 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5DN for a Development Consent Order (DCO) under the Planning Act 2008 (the Application). The Application was made on 30 July 2013 and accepted for examination on 22 August 2013 (Application Reference: EN010033).
