PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipment change acceptance method and a shipment change acceptance recording program enabling recording of actual results of shipment change acceptance processing.;SOLUTION: When picking work performed based on shipment data closed on batch unit is started, work current situation data 20 including current position on a route is prepared and recorded in a cart current situation file 130. Here, when order change data 10 is inputted, shipment data is compared with changeable closing time. If it is before closing time, the shipment data is changed, and change acceptance actual result data is prepared and recorded in a change acceptance file 150. When it passes the closing time, a storage place for a objective commodity is compared with a position of a cart performing shipment work to determine whether change is possible or not. Change acceptance actual result data including the results of this determination and a position of a cart when performing determination is prepared and recorded in the change acceptance file 150.
