PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum material for resin coating showing superior adhesion and a resin coated aluminum material showing superior adhesion using the same.;SOLUTION: The aluminum material for resin coating has an aluminum-based material composed of aluminum or aluminum alloy, an aluminum oxide film formed on at least one surface of the aluminum base material, and a resin layer formed on the surface of the aluminum oxide film and containing at least one of a polyacrylamide derivative, a polymethacrylamide derivative, a polyvinylamine derivative and a polyallylamine derivative each having a predetermined structure wherein the aluminum oxide film is 6 to 20 nm thick, and an amount of the formed resin layer or a carbon content coming from the resin is 5 to 100 mg/m2.
