PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver risk acquisition device for accurately evaluating the risks of a driver based on an actual course of one's own vehicle. PSOLUTION: A driver risk acquisition ECU 1 calculates and acquires a plurality of predicted courses on which other vehicles around one's own vehicle are predicted to move for a certain period of time after the past predetermined period of time. The ECU also acquires the actual course that the vehicle actually runs in the past predetermined period of time. A probability of collision on the actual course is acquired based on the predicted courses and the actual course.
