PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous body which has a large specific surface area and can be utilized even as a structural material because defects formed due to gas generation and volume shrinkage caused in thermal decomposition of a precursor polymer are greatly reduced. PSOLUTION: This invention relates to a porous molding obtained from a precursor polymer with fluidity.
