PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconveniences in the production of the tire and also aiming at the further improvement of air permeation resistance. PSOLUTION: This rubber composition is provided by blending, based on 100 pts.wt. rubber component consisting of a halogenated butyl rubber and/or butyl rubber, 10 to 30 pts.wt. planer filler, 30 to 50 pts.wt. carbon black and 2 to 15 pts.wt. hydrocarbon resin, and also without blending a softening agent such as an oil, etc., and a plasticizer, or setting as ≤3 pts.wt. even on blending them.
