WOODEN SUPPORT BASE FOR A PLASTIC TUPPERWARE-TYPE OR METAL CONTAINER SERVING FOR THE MATURATION AND STORAGE OF FETA CHEESE OR WHITE CHEESE INTO BRINE

Novelty: a wooden support base for a plastic Tupperware-type or metal container serving for the maturation and storage of feta cheese or white cheese into brine is disclosed. Constitution: a base composed of a piece of wood (fig.1.1) having two holes (1.2) changing in diameter and deepness (the initial 4 cm-diameter and 1cm-deepness (fig. 1,3) become 3cm and 2 cm respectively (fig.1.4)); these dimensions are indicative and the holes can be one or more in number, in respect to the needs in oxygen. The wooden base is positioned underneath the plastic Tupperware-type container or the metal container meant to receive the feta or the white cheese, the brine and any other additional material. After some days, the brine deposits formed on the wooden base bottom seal up the wood junctions becoming dilated. The oxygen remains free (not entrapped) inside said wooden base for not being replaced and so not pushed to the surface by the brine; the oxygen molecules encountered into the wooden base, (fig.3.1) are slowly released and upwardly directed to contribute along with the micro-flora created on the wood to the better maturation of the feta and white cheese. The figure (2.1) depicts the wooden sealing plug of the wooden base. Advantage: the invention constitutes a low-cost, enhanced-quality supper-value selling package.
