HIGH EFFICIENCY STEAM AND HOT WATER GENERATION SYSTEM FOR HOTEL INDUSTRY

A high efficiency steam and hot water generation boiler system 200, particularly suitable for the hotel industry, is disclosed. The boiler system 200 comprises a condensing-type boiler 202 specifically designed to match the peak and low load operations, and supply steam by integrating with the steam requirement. The boiler system 200 is continuously monitored and controlled for peak performance by a system control means 226 which on receiving inlet and outlet temperature and flow rate data from the boiler 202 and flow meters, controls in real-time the operation of a set of control valves to selectively convey the steam to a plurality of utilities, a steam accumulator and/or a heat exchanger.
