SYSTEM FOR SUPPLYING DYEING WATER FOR DYEING INDUSTRY USING EXHAUST HEAT AT STEAM SUPPLY AND POWER GENERATION TO RECYCLE EXHAUST HEAT AS HOT DYEING WATER IN DYEING INDUSTRY

PURPOSE: A dyeing water supply system using exhaust heat at a steam supply and power generation is provided to cheaply offer energy for a dyeing process by generating the electricity with gas, producing the electric energy with the steam supply and power generation using exhaust gas from the electricity production and thermally exchanging the exhaust gas to dyeing water. CONSTITUTION: A heat demand place(11) is a dyeing factory or a dyeing industrial complex. An electric supply equipment(TR2) supplies the electricity from a steam supply and power generator(G) to the heat demand place. A transferring equipment(TR1) resupplies surplus electricity to Korea Electric Power. Coolant in an internal combustion engine(M) for driving an electric generator(G) generates hot water through a plate type heat exchanger(21). Exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine generates hot water through exhaust gas heat exchanger(22). The generated hot water is connected with a hot water storage tank(23) or dyeing production processes(L1¯Ln) by pipes. Thereby, the cost saving is realized.
