The invention relates to a process for growing the vegetable mass in in vitro cultures. According to the invention, the process consists in replacing saccharose and distilled water in the Murashige-Skoog basal medium, modified and solidified with 7g/l agar-agar, at a pH value of 5.7, free of growth regulators, with the bee honey and deuterium-depleted water with a content of 25 ppm D, as components in a mixture in a double layer system or delaying the growth of phyto-inoculi by the individual utilization of the two components.
