The present invention relates to a natural product as aqueous suspension with anti-oxidizing activity for meat and meat products, obtained from dried and ground sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) fruits, by extraction with a non-toxic organic solvent, after the solvent evaporation there resulting in a product containing polyphenols in a concentration of 2.5 g of gallic acid equivalent/100 ml of extract which is recommended to be incorporated into the chopped meat or sprayed onto the carved meat.
