TECHNIQUE FOR GENERATING ISOPERISTALTIC BILIODIGESTIVE ANASTOMOSIS

A technique for generating isoperistaltic biliodigestive anastomosis comprises laparotomy followed by plugging the afferent loop after O. Shalimov. Then choledochojejunoanastomosis and jejunoanastomosis with Braun anastomosis inferior to the window in mesocolon are generated. Prior to the passage of the intestine into the window in mesocolon, the intestine is turned by 180°. The additional plug is applied onto the efferent loop directly below jejunoanastomosis.
