METHOD FOR PRODUCING OF CREVICULAR FLUID FROM SMALL ANIMALS FOR CLINICAL AND LABORATORY STUDIES IN HEALTH AND BY PROGRESSION OF PERIODONTOPATHY

摘要

A method for sampling of crevicular fluid in healthy animals for clinical and laboratory research in health and by progression of periodontopathy comprises the material sampling from gingival (periodontal pocket) using endodontic paper pins. The paper pins absorb all the available amount of crevicular fluid from gingival, it does not drain and it is not washed out from the paper pins in complete measure, 10 endodontic paper pins is enough for extended range of laboratory tests.
