An inductive wear particle monitoring device is disclosed. Wherein, the monitoring device comprises a detecting unit and an analysis module. The detecting unit comprises an insulating lead and a cavity for the liquid to be detected to flow through. The two end taps of the insulating lead are connected to the analysis module and the insulating lead is helically fixed on the inner wall of the cavity. When monitoring wear particle by the monitoring device, the cavity is used as the flow passage for the liquid to be detected, and because the liquid to be detected is in direct contact with the insulating lead, the theoretic space between them is 0. The monitoring device can improve the monitoring sensitivity and detect wear particle in the liquid to be detected with a diameter below 50 micrometer, which is important for failure monitoring and failure diagnosis of machine.
