Disclosed is a small cooling fan type cooler for preventing an explosion due to the overheating of an indoor electronic device such as a navigation device or a smartphone, which is provided or located at a vehicle window or a dashboard, when the indoor electronic device is exposed to strong sunlight for a long time. The present invention relates to a solar-powered cooler for cooling an indoor electronic device of a vehicle, which includes: at least one cooling fan (10) which is arranged toward the opposite side of the display of the electronic device; a fan motor (11) for driving the cooling fan; at least one solar cell plate (13) which is arranged near the vehicle window to supply the driving power to the fan motor; and a controller (20) which selectively controls the fan motor (11) or the solar cell plate (13) according to on/off states of an engine of the vehicle. Particularly, the cooling fan (10) can be arranged to cool a battery loading portion (32) of the electronic device, and a sunblind or the solar cell plate having the function of the sunblind can be provided between the cooling fan and the vehicle window. The present invention solves the problem of overheating of an electronic device inside a vehicle which is felt by everyone, is economical, practical, and commercially attractive. In other words, the invention can arouse a sufficient market appeal in the aftermarket.
