Disclosed are a credit retirement system and a method of collecting consumption credit and transform it to pension, the system device consists of an acquiring platform software system, a dedicated server, a sales platform validation reader system, a POS device, a member retirement credit card which are compatible with various network environments, the design method comprises that: the sales platform sends a request of adding retirement credit to the system according to credit amount corresponding to consumption amount this time after reading information of the member retirement card, the system sends instruction of assent to the sales platform and generates new data after verifying identity and past data, the system may generate month pension automatically and notice the member to receive monthly when the member is sixty, and finally grant pension to the member monthly. Based on practice being proved for many years, use of the present invention can supplement and improve social retirement system of a country, thereby achieving the invention aims and objectives of consumption, credit before sixty years old and providing for the aged freely and granting pension after sixty years old.
