The myocardial interest territory (ROI) heart imaging method in order to decide is disclosed. Method includes the step which acquires the functional imaging data of the object, the functional imaging data includes the myocardium at least. Maximum being from the functional imaging data which is acquired, ROI which includes the myocardium, and the diagnostic parameter regarding the myocardium, is presumed on the basis of ROI which is decided and is quantized. In one execution form, ROI is decided from projection image expression making use of the threshold conversion which is based on the histogram in order to decide the range of ROI and the localization which is based on the ray casting. In another execution form, ROI is decided from boriyumetoritsuku picture expression making use of the deletion which is based on clustering Manhattan distance in order to decide the heart angle which is used in order re-orientation to do the left cardiac ventricle.
