The head (24) has a holding element (48) arranged at a reinforcing region (44) of a side wall (26), and a suction hose (22) downwardly supportable by the holding element against falling. The holding element is designed or arranged at or in a proximity of a lower edge (42) of the head such that the hose is coilable in multiple windings around the side wall. A fixation device (38) is arranged at the reinforcing region for fixing the head at a suction device container (12). A securing element (68) is detachably fixed on the holding element, and designed as a clamping element such as rubber band.
