PURPOSE: A manufacturing system of nano and micro structure on optical fiber crossed sections using two-photon photopolymerization is provided to freely manufacture nano and micro sized structure in desired forms. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing system of nano and micro structure on optical fiber crossed sections using two-photon photopolymerization comprises a femtosecond laser light source(100), a light transmitting unit(200), an optical fiber mount(400), a two-photon photopolymerization resin, a stage(401), a camera(500) and a terminal(600). The light transmitting unit includes ray expanders(300,302), and delivers the expanded light. The ray expander expands the light output from the femtosecond laser light source. The optical fiber mount supports optical fiber(405) in which two dimensional pattern or three-dimensional structure. The two-photon photopolymerization resin contacts with a cover glass in order to generate two-photon photopolymerization from the light transmitting unit. The stage transfers the optical fiber mount. The camera records the optical fiber in which two dimensional pattern or three-dimensional structure is formed. The terminal controls the light transmitting unit, the stage and the camera.
