PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of scratch self-healing molded products using polypropylene - elastomer nano-alloy composition is provided to have soft touch feeling and scratch self-reproducing properties.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of scratch self-healing molded products using polypropylene - elastomer nano-alloy composition comprises the following steps: manufacturing a polypropylene - elastomer nano-alloy composite by melting and extruding the polypropylene - elastomer nano-alloy composition; manufacturing a molded product by extruding or emitting the polypropylene - elastomer nano-alloy composite. The polypropylene - elastomer nano-alloy composition comprises 20-500 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastomer, 5-100.0 parts by weight of ceramic particles or ceramic particles coated with hydroxy-terminated silane compound, and 1-10 parts by weight of fluorine-containing polyolefin based on 100 parts by weight of acid anhydride group-contained polypropylene based resin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
