POLYPROPYLENE-ELASTOMER NANOALLOY COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED ABRASION RESISTANCE, SHOCK RESISTANCE AND HEAT RESISTANCE AND A MOLDED PRODUCT WITH SCRATCH SELF-REPRODUCING PROPERTY MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
PURPOSE: A polypropylene-elastomer nano-alloy composition and a molded product with scratch self-reproducing property manufactured by the same are provided to enhance abrasion resistance, shock resistance and heat resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene-elastomer nano-alloy composition comprises 20-500 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastomer, 5-100.0 parts by weight of ceramic particles or ceramic particles coated with hydroxy-terminated silane compound, and 1-10 parts by weight of fluorine-containing polyolefin compound based on 100 parts by weight of acid anhydride group contained polypropylene based resin. The polypropylene-elastomer nano-alloy composition additionally includes 1-30 parts by weight of epoxy group-contained polyolefin copolymer, 0.001-0.5 parts by weight of amine group compound, and 0.01-0.5 parts by weight of amino-silane compound and 0.1-50 parts by weight of inorganic particles coated with hydroxy end silane compound.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
