PURPOSE: A surface treatment solution of magnesium material, a surface treatment method for of magnesium material, and a magnesium material treated by using the same are provided to apply the surface hardness and corrosion resistance by forming the magnesium oxidation coated layer of 2~5m including manganese. CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment solution of magnesium material contains potassium hydroxide having the concentration of 0.10~0.30M, potassium fluoride having the concentration of 0.05~0.15M, sodium silicate having the concentration of 0.05~0.15M, and potassium permanganate having the concentration of 0.05~0.10M. The surface treatment solution of magnesium material has pH of 11~13. The concentration of the potassium permanganate is 0.05~0.1M. The magnesium material is dipped within the surface treatment solution of magnesium material. The magnesium oxidation coated layer is formed on the surface of the magnesium material by plasma-electro-oxidizing the magnesium material.
