PURPOSE: A spicy seafood noodle soup composition and a producing method of spicy seafood noodle soup using the same are provided to obtain spicy seafood noodle soup with a savory taste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of spicy seafood noodle soup using a spicy seafood noodle soup composition comprises the following steps: preparing drinking water; mixing sugar, salt, red pepper powder, and Cheongyang pepper powder to obtain a first seasoning; mixing Bhut Jolokia pepper, habanero pepper, bird`s eye chili, or tabasco pepper to obtain a second seasoning; mixing sea tangle, anchovy, onion, radish, carrot, spring onion, and diluted liquor to obtain a stock material; mixing the water, the first and second seasonings, and the stock material to obtain the spicy seafood noodle soup composition; and adding mussel, Korean leek, mushroom, squid, oyster, and other ingredients.
