PURPOSE: A method for reducing hydrogen concentration in an RH process is provided to produce molten steel with low hydrogen by improving dehydrogenation efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing hydrogen concentration in an RH process is as follows. Molten steel is re-circulated in a ladle and a vacuum vessel by controlling the internal pressure of the vacuum vessel of degassing equipment to a set vacuum degree(S10). When the internal pressure of the vacuum vessel reaches the set vacuum degree, a top lance is descended and is located at the top of the molten steel in the vacuum vessel(S20).
