PURPOSE: A weather tight door with an openable door sill is provided to reduce the time and manpower required for transportation work as an additional lifting device is not necessary for the transportation of freight.;CONSTITUTION: A weather tight door(16) with an openable door sill comprises a fixed door frame(10). The fixed door frame is protruded from the overall circumference on a path in a hull. The openable door sill is protruded from a deck(14) at a height according to the classification standard. The weather tight door is opened on the fixed door frame and the openable door sill.
