PURPOSE: A detection substance sensor, a detection substance sensing method, and an application device using the same are provided to detect an electric charge by an electric detection method. CONSTITUTION: A detection substance sensor comprises an insulating substrate(110), a main electrode(120), a detection substance attachment unit(140), and a movable electrode(150). The main electrode is formed on the insulating substrate. The detection substance attachment unit is electrically insulated with the main electrode and a detection substance(145) having an electric charge is attached to the detection substance attachment unit. The movable electrode is arranged in the upper part of the detection substance attachment unit, is spaced from the main electrode and the detection substance attachment unit, and is faced to the main electrode and the detection substance attachment unit. Driving voltage between the main electrode and the movable electrode moves the movable electrode to a direction where the main electrode is arranged.
