PURPOSE: A catalyst supporting material for purifying exhaust gas, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing device are provided to enhance durability by preventing sintering at high temperature and to improve catalyst performance by dispersing a noble metal catalyst substance by nano size.;CONSTITUTION: A catalyst supporting material for purifying exhaust gas includes a catalyst convertor, a vacuum chamber, a supporting material, and a noble metal target. The catalyst convertor includes the catalyst supporting material coated by plasma vacuum deposit evaporation. The catalyst supporting material is one of platinum(Pt), palladium(Pd), and rhodium(Rh). A surface of the supporting material is coated with a noble metal catalyst substance by a sputtering method. The supporting material is arranged in the inside of the vacuum chamber. The noble metal target is arranged on the top of the supporting material to coat the surface of the supporting substance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
