PURPOSE: A breaking apparatus capable of controlling horizontal level is provided to precisely control the horizontal level of a breaking head, thereby being capable of uniformly pressing a glass panel in a horizontal state.;CONSTITUTION: A breaking apparatus capable of controlling horizontal level(1000) comprises a base(100), transfer screw units(200), a movable block(120), cylinders(300), a pressure control unit, breaking heads(500), a contact sensing means, a rotation amount sensor, and a control unit. The base is installed in the upper part of the glass panel(P) which is transferred on a stage(S). The transfer screw unit comprises a motor and a transfer screw. The movable block is screw-coupled to the transfer screw unit. The cylinder is fixed to the movable block. The breaking head is connected to the cylinder rod(310). The contact sensing means sense the contact of the stage and the breaking head. The rotating amount sensing apparatus senses the descending rotation amount and the standard rotation amount of the breaking head.
