PURPOSE: A slope detecting apparatus and an automatic horizontal level controlling apparatus using the same are provided to measure a slope accurately and reliably by measuring the slope using the buoyancy of the fluid maintaining a horizontal plane due to gravity.;CONSTITUTION: A slope detecting apparatus(100) comprises a case, a tilting lever, a first amplification lever, a second amplification lever, a first contact sensor, and a second contact sensor. The case(110) is sealed with being filled with fluid and is fixed to reflect slope of an object to be measured. The tilting lever(120) is pivot-fixed and is installed inside a case to be rotated with the buoyancy of the fluid. One side of the first amplification lever(130) rotates proportionally to the rotation angle of one-way of the tilting lever after starting the other side apart from the rotation center is interfered by a first gap controlling part protruded from the inner wall of the case. One side of the second amplification lever(130') rotates proportionally to the rotation angle of one-way of the tilting lever after starting the other side apart from the rotation center is interfered by a second gap controlling part protruded from the inner wall of the case.
