PURPOSE: An aluminate compound phosphor is provided to have excellent stability, to improve color rendering, to simplify a production process, and to reduce cost.;CONSTITUTION: An aluminate compound phosphor is synthesized by a solid reaction under the condition of a sintering temperature T and a sintering pressure P and has a composition indicated in the chemical formula: Ca_aSr_bBa_cAl_dSi_eO_fF_gR_h. In the chemical formula, 10≤a+b+c+h≤12, where 0≤a12, 0≤b12, 0≤c12, and 0h≤1; and R is a lanthanum-based metal element and is a light-emitting substance of the phosphor.
