TRANSITION METAL NITRIDE PHOSPHOR CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING THE PARTICLE SIZE OF THE PHOSPHOR POWDER FROM SUBMICRON TO MICRON UNIT WITH THE SELF COMBUSTION REACTION, A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND A LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE INCLUDING THE PHOSPHOR
PURPOSE: A transition metal nitride phosphor is provided to show a broad light emitting region from green to red, to have an excellent thermal efficiency and productivity, and a high purity, and to have a simple process.;CONSTITUTION: A transition metal nitride phosphor is represented by Chemical formula 1: M_(2-x)R_xT_yS_(5-y)N_(8-y)D_2y. In Chemical formula 1, M is an alkaline earth metal, R is a rare earth metal, T is a transition metal, S is a semi-metal which is at least one element selected from silicon and germanium, N is nitrogen, D is a halogen element, and x and y are a real number satisfying 0x=2 and 0=y=5.
