PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell module is provided to reduce the power loss of a solar cell module by directly connecting a first electrode to a sub electrode made of an opaque conductive metal.;CONSTITUTION: A substrate includes a power generation region and an edge region. Thin film solar cells are formed in the power generation region. A first electrode(210) is formed on the substrate. A second electrode(240) touches the first electrode.
