PURPOSE: A cold rolling system is provided to determine and display whether or not the thickness of a steel sheet is defective or not based on the thickness information of a rolled steel sheet using a priority terminal instead of a process controller.;CONSTITUTION: A cold rolling system comprises a cold rolling mill(100), a thickness measuring device, and a process controller(300). The thickness measuring device includes a radiation generator which generates radiation, and a detector which detects the radiation from the radiation generator. The thickness measuring device measures the thickness of the cold steel sheet according to a radiation dose detected by the detector. The process controller includes a controlling part, and a communicating part for communicating with the cold rolling mill.
