PURPOSE: A microarray and a kit for diagnosing Duchenne muscular dystrophy are provided to dye samples with different fluorescent substances, and to detect gene amplification. CONSTITUTION: A microarray for diagnosing diagnosis Duchenne muscular dystrophy contains one or more kinds of genome DNA fragments, 20-100bp oligonucleotide, 100bp-10kbp cDNA, and one or more kinds of probes. The oligonucleotide is continuously placed in a genome DNA fragment. The cDNA is derived from the genome DNA fragment. The probes are selected from a group consisting of complements of the genome DNA fragments, oligonucleotide, and cDNA.
