PURPOSE: A circuit and a chip for a signal input are provided to reduce additional power consumption and stably maintain a first signal.;CONSTITUTION: A control signal input end(201) receives a control signal. Common signal input terminals(231,23L) receive at least one common signal. First signal output terminals(241,24L) output at least one first signal. First signal units(211,21L) receive the common signal and include a latch unit(261) outputting the common signal as the first signal by controlling the control signal. Second signal output terminals(251,25L) output at least one second signal.
