PURPOSE: A guided missile interlocking device and a system using the same are provided to minimize changes in software of the device to be controlled when a plurality of interlocking devices is the subject of control. CONSTITUTION: A guided missile interlocking device(100) comprises an MIC(Missile Interface Card) and a control unit. The control unit receives a first control signal to control a power source of the guided missile from a plurality of launch control consoles. The control unit generates a second control signal which indicates power supply to the guided missile corresponding to each launch control console with the MIC, and controls the MIC to transfer the second control signal to a guided missile power supply unit.
