A HONEY PRODUCING METHOD USING EXTRACT WILD SIMULATE GINSENG

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of saponin containing honey is provided to increase scattering of honeybees and to manufacture saponin containing honey. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of saponin containing honey comprises the following steps: extracting mountain cultivated ginseng with organic solvent which is 70-80% of ethanol in order to make the amount0.5-0.8 ml per two roots of mountain cultivated ginseng, and aging the same for 2 weeks; diluting 0.3-0.5% of mountain cultivated ginseng extract based on 1,000 ml of acacia honey; and supplying honey in which the mountain cultivated ginseng extract is diluted to bees and collecting after 36-48 hours. The acacia honey is obtained by the following method: collecting pure acacia honey at a low density after 1 week in a primary collection in acacia blooming prophase; and homogenizing a homomixer which ages the collected pure acacia honey for 2 weeks for 30-50 minutes. The mountain cultivated ginseng extract is obtained from the following method: selecting and washing rhizome and root; freeze drying and pulverizing the same; and repeatedly extracting 120 g of freeze dried powder in 2L of 70-80% of ethanol and filtering and concentrating under a reduced pressure at 80 degrees C in a vacuum evaporator.
