PURPOSE: A driving condition determination device is provided to reduce traffic accidents by detecting whether a driver checks the left, right, and rear sides of a vehicle before turning right or left and changing lanes.;CONSTITUTION: A driving condition determination device(1) comprises an ECU(Electric Control Unit)(3), a camera(5), a steering wheel angle detector(7), a rotatory signal detector(9), and a warning device(11). The ECU comprises a determination device and a direction detector for detecting the facial or eye direction of a driver. The camera comprises an image obtaining device which obtains the face image of the driver. The steering wheel angle detector detects a steering wheel angle and inputs a detection signal to the ECU. The rotatory signal detector outputs the detection signal to the ECU by detecting the turn-on state of a rotatory signal.
