PURPOSE: A conductive composite microparticle is provided to have excellent electric conductivity and oxidation resistance, and to improve reliability of a conductive paste composition.;CONSTITUTION: A conductive composite microparticle comprises a metal microparticle core; a silver coating layer which is formed on the metal microparticle core, and includes silver microparticle; and an organic layer which is formed on the silver coating layer. The diameter (D50) of the metal microparticle core is 1-10, and the tab density is 3.0 g/cc or more. The metal microparticle core has a plate shape. A manufacturing method of the conductive composite microparticle comprises a step of forming a silver coating layer on the metal microparticle core; and a step of forming an organic layer on the surface of the silver coating layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
