PURPOSE: An iron-based nano-grain soft-magnetic alloy powder core and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve magnetic characteristics, thereby implementing high resistivity.;CONSTITUTION: Calcium is added to an iron-based alloy. An amorphous alloy ribbon is produced. The amorphous alloy ribbon is pulverized. An amorphous alloy powder is formed by the pulverization. The amorphous alloy powder is distributed. The distributed powder is mixed with a binder. A powder core is molded by applying pressure to the powder mixed with the binder. The molded powder core is heat-treated for nano-crystallization. The nano-grain soft-magnetic alloy powder core has composition where calcium is added to an iron-based alloy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
