PURPOSE: A boat davit is provided to enable the simple replacement of a boat because a fender and a launching strop can be easily replaced according to the shape or size of the boat.;CONSTITUTION: A boat davit comprises a pair of boat supporting arms (2), a rope (4), a winch (5) for controlling the rope, and a pair of cradles (7). The boat supporting arms are positioned on a deck to be separated from each other. The rope is moved through the pulleys (3) formed on the front ends of the boat supporting arms. The cradles are connected to the front end of the rope and move along the boat supporting arms.
