PURPOSE: A touch panel with improved reliability and electric property is provided to effectively prevent cracks in a clear electrode by forming a transparent electric wire on a flat surface of a substrate.;CONSTITUTION: A substrate comprises an effective area (AA) and a dummy area (DA) covering the effective area. An outer dummy layer (20) is placed in the dummy area, and a flat layer (60) is positioned on the substrate. A clear electrode (40) is placed on the substrate, and detects a position. The flat layer covers the outer dummy layer, and continuously wraps upper and side surfaces of the outer dummy layer. The side surface of the flat layer corresponding to the effective area comprises a declined surface to the substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
