PURPOSE: A capacitance sensing circuit for multi-touch panel and a multi-touch sensor having the same are provided to have a simple circuit configuration and a fast capacitance sensing speed. CONSTITUTION: A transmission circuit unit (210) is connected to a transmission line of a multi-touch panel. The transmission circuit unit applies a transmission signal of a square wave in the transmission line. A reception circuit unit includes a current mirror-based electric charge integrating circuit and an initial voltage setting unit. The reception circuit unit is connected to the reception line of the multi-touch panel. The reception circuit unit determines whether a touch occurs or not by detecting a capacitance difference which is generated between the transmission line and the reception line.
