The present invention relates to a hydraulic tensioner and, specifically, to a hydraulic tensioner of a one-touch retensioning anchorage installed on the top of a one-touch retensioning anchorage with a wedge and spring to make a tensile line through one side gripped at the other side using a gripping unit on a tensile line guiding panel at the front end of a hydraulic cylinder. By this, the anchorage is simply anchored by pulling the tensile line; costs for materials are reduced without unnecessarily extending the tensile line protruding from the top of the anchorage for initial tensioning or retensioning; and the anchorage becomes reusable by preventing the anchorage from being damaged by being applied with excessive pressure.
