PURPOSE: A two-axis driving system and a method for controlling a two-axis rotation machine are provided to symmetrically drive first and second rotation units, thereby preventing synchronization loss. CONSTITUTION: A control unit receives a signal of a first sensor unit. The control unit rotates at least one of a first rotation unit(20) and a second rotation unit(30) when the second rotation unit faces a first location. The control unit inspects synchronization loss of a first driving unit by the signal of the first sensor unit which is generated during symmetrical driving.
