PURPOSE: Brush hair for static electricity removal having durability and an excellent bending property and an electrostatic touch-pen having the same are provided to use the brush hair for static electricity removal as a sensing portion of an electrostatic touch pen, thereby improving touch sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: One end of a polyester group fiber yarn(10) has a conical shape. High conductive particles are coated on the polyester group fiber yarn. A hair gathering part gathers hairs in the other end of the polyester group fiber yarn in a conical shape. A handle unit is connected to one end of the hair gathering part. The hair gathering part has a cross section of a plate shape in a direction at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the polyester group fiber yarn. The diameter of the longitudinal axis of the hair gathering part is 2 - 3 millimeters. The fiber yarn used for the brush hair for static electricity removal is provided by cutting the thin and long polyester group fiber yarn at a fixed length.
