Reduction System of Concrete Temperature Gap by means of Pipe Cooling, Reduction Method using the System and Structure using the Method

PURPOSE: A concrete temperature difference reduction system which applies a pipe cooling technology during concrete curing, a concrete temperature difference reduction curing method of construction using the system, and a cured structure manufactured by using the method are provided to prevent inner cracks due to temperature difference between inside and outside surfaces of the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A concrete temperature difference reduction system which applies a pipe cooling technology during concrete curing comprises a water tub(100), pipes(120), and hoses(300). The water tub accepts cooled water. The pipes are installed inside a concrete structure which is located inside a mold. The pipes penetrate through the concrete structure and are installed with fixed intervals. The pipes are connected to the water tub in order for cooled water to be provided to inside the pipe. An inner temperature of the concrete structure diminishes and cooled water inside the pipes is heated. The hoses are respectively connected to the pipes and are installed on outer surface(20) of the concrete structure.
