METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A METAL MATRIX COMPOSITE POINT JOINT, CAPABLE OF FORMING A METAL MATRIX COMPOSITE IN A JUNCTION REQUIRED A HIGH MECHANICAL PROPERTY
PURPOSE: A metal matrix composite point joint manufacturing method is provided to form a junction of a metal matrix composite having an excellent mechanical property, and to reduce a production cost since a process is simple.;CONSTITUTION: A metal matrix composites point joint manufacturing method comprises the following steps: an upper metal material and a lower metal material are arranged to top and bottom with a contact (S10); a carbon material of a colloid state mixed with a water is supplied to a junction position; in a state where the carbon material of the colloidal state is supplied, a metal matrix composite point joint is formed by a friction stir spot welding (FSSW) using a tool (10) (S20); and in a step which supplies the carbon material of the colloidal state, the carbon material of the colloidal state is supplied to an interface between the upper metal material and the tool (S30).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (S10) Vertically arrange an upper metal material and a lower metal material; (S20) Supply a carbon material in a colloid state; (S30) Form a metal matrix composite point joint by friction stir spot welding
