PURPOSE: A transfer method of grapheme and a compliant substrate with transferred graphene are provided to achieve high utilization of process, and prevent damage to graphene. CONSTITUTION: A transfer method of grapheme comprises the following steps: a synthesizing step of grapheme on the top of a catalyst metal layer after forming catalyst metal layer on top of a substrate; a coating step of bonding layer with top of the grapheme; a forming step of compliant substrate to the top of the coated bonding layer; an adhering step of compliant substrate and solidified grapheme, a removing step of substrate, catalyst metal layer, grapheme, a bonding layer, compliant substrate; a removing step of catalyst metal layer by contacting catalyst metal layer of laminate body.
